Who we are
Smartech Web Solutions builds websites and provides Google Business Profile, local SEO, website maintenance and software services for small businesses. We decide how the personal details described here are used.

What we collect
Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, your business name if you give it, your phone number or email address, the service you are interested in, your message and the page you sent it from.
WhatsApp. When you message our business WhatsApp number, or reply to a message from us, we receive your WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp profile name, the messages you send and their delivery and read status.
Analytics, only with your permission. If analytics is switched on for this site, Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. It records how pages are used, such as pages viewed and the approximate location and device type. If you decline, it is not loaded.
Settings kept in your browser. Your light or dark theme choice and your analytics choice are saved in your own browser so the site remembers them. They are not sent to us.
Technical logs. Like most websites, the servers that host this site and our enquiry system keep short-term technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request, to keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and provide the services you ask for.
- To alert our team on WhatsApp the moment a new enquiry arrives, so we can respond quickly.
- To keep a record of our conversations with you, so anyone on our team can pick up where we left off.
- To send automatic replies on WhatsApp, such as a greeting or our working hours.
- To send offers or updates on WhatsApp only if you have agreed to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- If you allow analytics, to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
We do not sell your personal details, and we do not use them for advertising profiles.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and conversations for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide our services and keep reasonable business records. When they are no longer needed, or when you ask us to, we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.
How we protect it
Our enquiry and messaging system is accessible only to signed-in members of our team, each with their own account and permissions. Connections are encrypted, and access keys for WhatsApp are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your details.
Your choices and rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal details we hold about you and how we use them;
- correct details that are wrong or incomplete;
- delete your details;
- stop sending you offers or updates on WhatsApp;
- withdraw any permission you have given, such as for analytics.

Deleting your data
To have your enquiry, WhatsApp conversation and contact details deleted, email prasadbhambale21@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp +91 9673959168 from the phone number or email address you used, and say you want your data deleted. We will confirm when it has been removed from our enquiry and messaging system.
You can also block or stop messaging our WhatsApp number at any time; we will not message you unless you contact us again.
Children
This website and our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the way we handle personal details changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
